Refund Policy

Eligibility

If a plan does not work on a supported Windows configuration and our team cannot resolve it, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Not eligible

• Plans that have been substantially used for their full duration.
• Purchases made in breach of the Terms of Service.
• Change of mind after the 14-day window has passed.

How to request

Open a support ticket with the billing category and include your order reference. We aim to respond within two business days.

Effect of a refund

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Once a refund is processed, the associated license is revoked automatically and access ends immediately.
