• Support data: tickets you submit and the messages inside them.
• Operational logs: administrative actions recorded for audit purposes.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, deliver purchased licenses, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Authentication, database and storage are provided by our cloud infrastructure provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Retention

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time through a support ticket. Deleting your account removes your profile, cart and ticket history.
